Hello and happy Thursday. I didn’t blog yesterday because I thought I’d occupy myself with another task and then ended up getting overwhelmed and reading for a significant portion of the day. I’m back with the review of What Is Love? by Jen Comfort. If you want a novel with a lot of explicit sex, this is it. I was listening to it, so I don’t know when exactly the sex scenes start, but once they do, you get many of them. I’m not sure whether this is mentioned in the synopsis or somewhere else, but it kind of took me by surprise…not in a bad way, though. The main characters in this novel are contestants (and rivals) in a Jeopardy-like game show, but most of the story takes place either before a contest or in between them, so you don’t really get a lot of the game show that many readers enjoy.
