Hello and happy Saturday. I feel kind of dumb for thinking that August was long when we’re only one week into September and it feels like I’ve lived an entire lifetime already. Have I accomplished my goal of finishing many books this month? Well, that’s a conversation for another day.

For now, I can tell you that towards the end of August, I listened to the Audible version of The Cleaners by Ken Liu, and I really wish it would’ve been a full-length novel and not a short story. If you like to suffer by consuming media such as Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind or reading More Happy Than Not by Adam Silvera, then this is right up your alley. Since the story is so short, that’s all I’m going to say about it. Oh, and also, if you couldn’t tell, I totally recommend it.
