Hello and happy Sunday. It’s been a tough past couple of weeks, with the SUPER FULL MOON ECLIPSE and all. Luckily, that hasn’t affected my reading, or it has affected my mood so much that I’ve spent all my free time (which is honestly not a lot) reading. The fact that I read a book that was actually good and that I’m happy to recommend is just the cherry on top. I’m talking about What If It’s Us by Adam Silvera and Becky Albertalli.

When I blogged about You Know Me Well, I think I mentioned how happy I was for this new era of co-authored books, even though the titles I’m talking about were written a few years ago. I just love when two authors get together and write from their characters’ perspectives. There’s something so rich about that reading experience. And like I said, this novel wasn’t the exception. I’ve made my peace with Becky Albertalli, and I absolutely adore Adam Silvera, even though the books he’s authored by himself have destroyed me, so a YA contemporary romance about two boys who meet (and fall in love) over a summer in New York City? Yes, please.

The best part, though, is that there’s a sequel, which means you’ll be reading my thoughts on it in a few weeks. Just you wait.
