Hello and happy Saturday. I think I’ve told you that I plan my posts in advance, and what I mean is I plan the title of my posts and pretty much nothing else, at least generally that’s what I do. Well, this morning I’m confused because the note in my planner is “Everand Free Trial Recap pt. 2” but it was kind of hard to make the list of books I’d read taking advantage of this free trial extension. So wait, let me back up. I got an Everand free trial during December and January, which got extended an additional month, which means I enjoyed free books until February. However, I paid for an extra month when the trial was over, so the list of books I’m sharing here may or may not have been free. In any case, the price for the monthly subscription on Everand is $11.99 and I’m going to assume I paid it to be ale to consume all these books. Does that make sense? I hope it does.
By Your Side by Kasie West ($13.99)
Muffled by Jennifer Gennari ($7.99)
The First to Die at the End by Adam Silvera ($9.49)
Talk Bookish to Me ($13.99)
Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner ($13.99)
Better than the Movies by Lynn Painter ($9.99)
Aristotle and Dante Dive into the Waters of the World by Benjamin Alire Saenz ($10.99)
Fame, Fate, and the First Kiss by Katie West ($1.99)
The Poet X by Elizabeth Acevedo ($13.99)
Yolk by Mary H.K Choi ($10.99)
I saved $95.41 both with the free trial extension and the month I paid for. In Colombia, that amount can pay for my groceries for the month and then I’d have a dollar left. That’s pretty absurd, if you ask me.
