Hello and happy Saturday. I know I’ve been gone for a while, and there’s really no excuse other than I didn’t want to sit down and post. I’ve been steadily reading, which means there’s content that will be published someday, but sometimes it happens that I just don’t feel like talking about a book I read months ago.
Something else that happens, although this is rare because I have an objectively great memory, is that I’ll read a book and forget all about it. This is what happened with Talk Bookish to Me by Kate Bromley. I even thought that this had been a DNF because I couldn’t recall a single detail about it. I then read the synopsis and realized that, yes, I might’ve read something that sounded like that. Can I say the book was bad? No, I can’t. But I can say this: it’s forgettable. Read at your own risk, I suppose.
