Hello and happy Wednesday. How’s July going for you? Are you on vacation? Do you live in a place with seasons? I am not officially on vacation yet, but I’m scheduling posts in advance, so by the time this is published, I will probably be reading or writing or, you know, just existing. To me, this is the best time to read series that I’ve been going over for years, like Dorothy Must Die by Danielle Paige. I think I’ve made some progress lately, but there are so many books, I’m not sure when I’ll be done with it.

The Witch Must Burn is a prequel and it is all about both how things started changing when Dorothy cam back to Oz and the resistance that was coming together within the Emerald City. I love reading about life in castles and palaces, so I liked this installment even though not much really happened. Hopefully I might be able to get to the rest of the books soon because I do feel like it’s best to read them one right after the other. I’m pretty sure I’ve said this before already.
