Hello and happy Wednesday. I have the perfect show to binge-watch. It only has one season, which wraps up super nicely, and it’s eight episodes long, so you can consume it all in one or two days, like I did. You read the title of this post, so you know I’m reviewing the Apple TV show Lessons in Chemistry.

It is the show adaptation of a novel by Bonnie Garmus, which is already in my wishlist, of course, and I totally loved it. It features Elizabeth Zott, a chemist in the 1950s, who ends up hosting a TV show in which she combines cooking and science. We are shown how she comes to host the show, as we get flashbacks and flash forwards. I don’t watch too many shows or movies, but I’m pretty sure this is my favorite of the year. Honestly. I cried, I laughed, I connected with the characters, and I even reflected on my own life choices. It’s beautiful and I want you to experience everything I did.
