Hello and happy Saturday. Even though I get most of my books from Kindle, I am open to exploring other platforms and services as long as they’re legal and they offer me solid prices. A few weeks ago, I was sort of exploring my new phone and realized I’ve always had the Books app (I have and iPhone) but I’ve never used it.
Granted, the selection there is scarce, but I found four titles in English that are cheaper than they’d be on Kindle or Everand. I’ll make the comparison in Colombian pesos because it is not evident in dollars. I think what makes the difference is that the conversion rates used by Amazon and Books vary slightly, but that variation means that I am saving at least a couple of dollars, or a few thousand pesos, which is great.

By buying these titles on Books, I’d be saving 24.100 COP, which equals $5.93. I think that’s a good deal. As soon as I try the app, I’ll take notes and share them with you in a future post.
