Hello and happy Sunday. I know that as much as we love books, most of us want to save money or we at least don’t want to spend lots of it buying said books. If you can access a library with a wide selection, consider yourself lucky because public libraries are awesome and I’d love to have access to one close to my place. Even if I did, I don’t think it would have enough titles in English for me to take advantage of. That all requires me to be resourceful, you know? Which is why I am always paying attention to deals or using services such as KU or Everand.

Everand’s T&C changed somewhat recently, and I’ll tell you about that in another post, but I still think it’s a service that can be used. What I did to reformulate my list of Everand saved books, which is I suppose sort of like a wishlist, is that I went through my Amazon list and sorted the titles by price, from high to low. The monthly price for the Everand subscription is $11.99, so I searched the Kindle titles that were above that on Everand, that way I would get cheaper books. Another advantage, to me at least, is that most of those books are on audio format, which I love but I don’t feel like I consume enough.

It was a long process, and it was also kind of boring, going from one app to the other, but I feel that it was worth it because I’m saving money and I’m getting audiobooks. Now, I’m not going to continue with the monthly subscription to Everand, but I will alternate it with KU and my own TBRs, both the digital and the physical one.
