Hello and happy Tuesday. How are you liking the daily posts? I wish I could do this more often, but July is the only month when it’s realistic for me. Anyway, I appreciate you and I appreciate having this platform in which I can write about books and other content I’ve consumed.

I recently listened to the audiobook of Sawtelle Gemini by Tom Flynn. According to Amazon, it is a romantic mystery, but this isn’t a romance, and I’d rather call this literary fiction with a hint of either paranormal or speculative aspects. It jumps between the late 90s and the early 2000s and it’s the story of Chris and his brief but clearly very impactful relationship with Gwen. It was an enjoyable book, and though I won’t really be thinking about it much in the future, I’d consider reading other works by its author.
