I’ve already told you about this author and how much I loved Unlikely Story by her. I don’t remember if I told you that I also started and quickly DNFed another of her novels, and then jumped right into this one. Look, all I want in life is a good friends-to-lovers story, and this wasn’t just good. It made me feel warm and fuzzy inside, so much so that I could almost forgive the second-chance aspect that I’m not sure I’m completely sold on as a trope.
