Hello and happy Tuesday. As I am listening to a very obnoxious audiobook that you’ll definitely read about, I want to pause and, yes, do a ‘reset.’ I’m proud of myself for blogging every day so far this month, which has required planning and scheduling. I’m pretty sure this year is the first I’ve had my July posts done months in advance, and it hasn’t felt like a chore, for the most part.
I’m still scheduling blogs a few weeks ahead of time, but lately the number of books to write about has decreased because I’ve focused on reading volumes from series I’ve already started and wouldn’t want to spoil. This is why today’s the perfect day to talk about this blog and the plans I have for it, specifically for the month of December.
I don’t know if you know this, but I’m a teacher, which means that I have a month off in July and about three weeks in December. Those are the times when I dedicate fully to my personal projects, and obviously Camila’s Thoughts on Stuff is one of those. Seeing how successful I’ve been at scheduling posts both for the month of July and the weekends, I thought about doing the same in December.
Now, I think the content in this month would be slightly different because I’m honestly not sure I’d have enough reviews to post every day. Of course, I can do wrap-ups and share TBR lists and all that, which is content that I already post. I’ve also thought about doing bookish hauls, since I’m thinking about buying some literary boxes and even a bookish advent calendar. That’s what I’m looking for this second semester of the year, and I hope you join along. Thank you for reading me.
