Hello and happy Thursday. If you’ve followed my blog for a while, then The Survivor Wants to Die at the End by Adam Silvera probably sounds familiar to you. This is the third and hopefully final book in a series (a trilogy, I guess) that was super hard to read. I read both the second and the third installments via Everand audiobook, and those were the right choices both times because these novels are heavy-hitting. There is obviously the matter of death, but this final volume also deals with suicide and self-harm. The former is mentioned almost in every page.

I am linking here my reviews to They Both Die at the End and The First to Die at the End. The Survivor Wants to Die at the End features two characters from the second novel, which is really a prequel to the first one. We also get updates on some characters from They Both Die at the End. This isn’t really a recommendation of the series, but a suggestion to look more into it and assess whether it would be wise for your mental health to read it.
